Mirror at the Door - 姿見を日曜大工

予てより玄関に姿見でもあればとのカミさんの希望を実現すべく、イケアのセールで見つけた2枚セット990円という超特価の波形ミラーを収納扉の裏に取り付けた。鏡を上下で挟み込むウォルナットの端材の方が高くついたが、一応まずまずの収まり。それでもカミさんの受けはあまり芳しくない。扉裏に隠れているのが面白くないらしい。


One of the wishes my wife had been telling me was a full-length mirror by the entrance, and I found a bargain mirror pair of waveform at IKEA for only 990 Yen. I decided to put them behind the door of storage shelves. The walnut plates to hold the mirrors on the top and the buttom were actually more expensive, but in overall I thought it was a nice fit. Eventually, it did not seem appealed much to her as long as it is hidden behind the door.
