Everybody in Japan is excited now with blooming cherry blossoms. I went to Chidorigafuchi, one of the most popular places for "hanami" (flower-watching). Conveniently, it is in the middle of Tokyo along the banks surrounding Emperor's Palace. The street was full of visitors even on the weekday.

On Friday the 7th, I was in Nerima and checked the blossoms around Toei Film Studio. Kind of nice to see no crowds here.

On the 10th, I walked along the bank of Minuma-Tanbo area near Ohmiya, Saitama. It was so relaxing in the countryside without too many people.
