I made finaciers. It went well for the first attempt and the procedures were quite easy although I could get 8 of those for a dozen in plan. Next time, I can do some fine adjustments for my targeted taste.

Je deviendrai pâtissier - にわか菓子職人
フィナンシェを作ってみた。初挑戦にしてはうまくできたかなと思うし、作り方も簡単だったが、12個分の分量のはずが8個しか出来なかった。この試作を基に次回はもう少し狙いに向けて調整してみよう。
