SF Airport - 宇宙への20世紀

サンフランシスコ空港でいつも感心するのだが、ユナイテッドの70-80番台のゲートに向かう通路がミュージアムになっていることだ。これまでもブリキのおもちゃとか、ジュークボックスなど、懐かしくも楽しいコレクションに遭遇したし、2年前にはオーディオの歴史をまじめにやっていた。
今回は「宇宙へ飛び出す20世紀」というタイトルで、ロボットやポスターなど、かつての子供たちの夢を扱った展示だった。


I am always impressed in SF airport with the terminal way to the gates 70’s and 80’s of United that turns into a museum. I have encountered with old, interesting collection of tin-toys or jukeboxes in the past, and they did a serious audio history exhibition about 2 years ago.
This time, it featured robots and posters that represented children’s dreams at that time, and this exhibition was titled as “Out of this world: 20th century space invasion”.
