Poorman’s wine of the year - 2007年のお手頃ワイン

Castillo de Monseran 2004 - Garnacha, Cariñena
Les Tamarius 2005 – Vin de Pays des Côtes Catalanes, Mas Cremat
Les Auréliens 2004 – Vin de Pays du Var, Triennes

I replaced my wine cellar last summer. The size was not actually much a change but the capacity increased to about 50 bottles from 30 because of narrower pitch of wire shelves. The advance Primeur bottles that I add gradually each year in my collection are no more dominant in the cellar. The recent inflation of renowned French wines is totally insane, and if this continues, it only helps normal wine fans go elsewhere.
Looking for affordable good wines more seriously, the listed above were quite impressive among those I encountered in 2007 and paid less than 10 Euros. Bonne Année!
