Aéropolis Reims – ランスのエアロポリス展

ランスを訪れた時、町のあちこちに古い飛行機が飾られているのを見てちょっとワクワクだった。ライト兄弟やリンドバーグにまで遡る力の入れようで、これは航空100年祭という7月5日まで10日間の国際的な催しだったようだ。写真の3機はランス大聖堂前の広場に置かれていたもので、Wright Flyer A, Blériot IX, Demoiselleとパネル表示があった。





When we visited Reims, I was excited to see various airplanes of old days displayed in the streets of the town. This was an international event for 10 days until July 5 to celebrate aero-centennial and their serious collection included Lindbergh and Wright brothers. The three airplanes in the pictures were Wright Flyer A, Blériot IX and Demoiselle gathered in front of the Cathedral.
