Cooking Fish - 週末の魚


I checked the fish market in Kotsubo thinking of Italian starter like fried mackerel, and they did not have baby mackerel but smallish one. It was 200 Yen for a dozen, and too large to bite the whole, but still very tasty. Another fish "kasago" or cuvier was 800 that I cooked boiled and seasoned.
