B&Oにメールを書いたら、BeoCareからすぐに丁寧な返事と米国モデル用取扱説明書のファイルが送られてきた。問題解決。

I wrote an inquiry e-mail to B&O, and a very polite reply with the file of US model instructions came from BeoCare. My problem solved.
