My Skype is Back - スカイプ復活

ようやくSkypeがアップデート(Skype_5.1.0.968)を出したというので、早速入れ替えてみた。一度はインストール・エラーで中断したが、もう一度トライしたら今度は復旧できた。Skypeが起動できなくなったのは世界規模での通信障害になっていたみたいだ。もしかしてハッカーの標的？これは主にWindowsの世界の話で、Macで障害に遭ったのは少数らしいとの情報。


Skype releasing an update (Skype_5.1.0.968), I promptly installed it. It failed the installation first time with the error conflicting with some existing file, but I forced my attempt the second time, then the application resumed. It seems the trouble was worldwide actually particularly among Windows users. The rumor said it remained relatively minor among Mac users. Are they a target of hackers?
