タイヤ選び - Preferred Tyres

Wiggleに発注したクリンチャー・ホイールセットはカンパのZondaだが、この2週間一向に入荷の気配がない。しびれを切らしてメールを入れたらすぐに返事が来た。メーカーからの最新入荷予定は10月中旬とのこと。到着もそう遠くはなさそう。2-Way Fitにしておけば在庫があったみたいだけど、値段が£100も違ってたからね。
で、写真は先に届いたタイヤ達。Continental GP4000SとVittoria Open Corsa EVO SCだが、なぜ1本ずつかというと、どっちが気に入るか組んで比べてみたいというきわめて趣味的なアプローチ。別に前後が同一ペアという決まり事はないしね。


The wheel set I ordered Wiggle is Campagnolo Zonda clincher, but there is no sign of incoming inventory there. After 2-weeks of waiting, I impatiently wrote to them and the reply came instantaneously telling their expected stock in mid October.
Wiggle has delivered to me the tyres separately as shown. Oddly one each of Continental GP4000S and Vittoria Open Corsa EVO SC, you might wonder. It’s simply my hobbyistic approach to compare both to find which I like better. I guess there are no such rules to always pair the same in the front and the rear.
