Roger’s Digital Cinema – 自宅でデジタルシネマ

In the last autumn, a friend of mine completed his home theater. He lives in Bend, Oregon and I wrote about my visit a while ago. His room is reasonable in size unlike mine, which is surely envious. His attitude toward this entertainment room was 100% engineer from the design to the finish. We exchanged our thoughts on absorbent structure trapping sound. It looks awesome with details well taken care of, and the most amazing thing is that he did this whole work all by himself! It seems he was totally enchanted by the quality of new Classé SSP-800 controller, and he expressed that he felt like he had come through the door. リスニングルームの話題が出たところで、もう一人の人物に触れておこう。去年の秋にホームシアターを完成させた友人がいて、彼はオレゴンのベンドに住んでいるが、そこに訪問したことは一昨年書いた。まず羨むべきは僕の部屋と違ってそこそこの広さがあることだ。自分の城でもあるこの鑑賞室に対する彼の姿勢は設計から仕上げまでまさに技術屋そのものだった。僕らは吸音のアプローチについて少し話を交わしたりした。細部への配慮も盤石で、仕上がりも凄いのだが、何より驚かされるのがこれを全部自分一人でコツコツと作り上げたことだ。彼は今回新たに購入したクラッセのSSP-800コントーラーの音質には心底打ちのめされたようで、天国の門をくぐったくらいの次元の違いと言っていた。ロジャーのプライベート・シアターに興味ある方はリンクをclickすると様子が垣間見られる。
